Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related technical training preferred.
• Typically 3–5 years of experience in supply, logistics or inventory management.
• Ability to read and interpret supply documents and regulatory guidance.
• Working knowledge of inventory control procedures and supply chain operations.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Government security clearance (as required).

Responsibilities

• Investigates discrepancies between stock records and physical inventories.
• Validates and corrects inventory differences and processes adjustments.
• Manages cycle counts, receipts, and disposition of government property.
• Coordinates with AP or Inventory Management Specialist on adjustments.
• Prepares reports and maintains records of locations; ensures stock accuracy.
• Supports audits, inspections, and compliance activities as needed.
