Job summary

KBR Careers in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Material Specialist III to support the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program. You will handle requisitioning, stockage, tracking of equipment and publications, and use GCSS-MC/MDSS II to respond to inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of DoD logistics functions and supply chain support.
• Reading and responding to Disposition Instructions and SDRs.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical research, requisitioning, stockage computation and replenishment.
• Track equipment, supplies and publications; manage custody records and disposal.
• Operate systems (GCSS-MC, MDSS II) and generate routine reports.
• Provide training and guidance to lower-level employees.
