Job summary

KBR is seeking a Material Specialist III for the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program in Jacksonville, FL. You will manage requisitioning, stockage, custody records, and reports within GCSS-MC and other ERP systems, ensuring efficient supply chain operations.

The role includes data entry, training junior staff, and implementing corrective actions to resolve output and supply issues, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 4 years of related work experience.
• Complete basic enlisted military supply course, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of DoD logistic functions for large scale supply chain.
• Experience with GCSS-MC or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to read and respond to Disposition Instructions and SDRs.
• U.S. citizenship and CAC eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical research, requisitioning, stockage computation and replenishment.
• Operate PCs, data entry, scanning systems, and generate routine reports.
• Prepare inventory control reports and custody records; manage funds per SOW.
• Identify and solve data output and supply administration problems.
• Use automated systems related to tasks to be performed.
• Provide training and guidance to lower-level employees.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
