Job summary

KBR Careers in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Material Specialist III to manage requisitioning, stockage and tracking of equipment for USMC programs. The role requires strong DoD logistics knowledge and the ability to use GCSS-MC/ERP systems.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory reports, performing reconciliations, and supervising lower-level staff. 4 years related experience and a basic supply course are required; CAC/Base access may be needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; 4 years related experience.
Complete basic enlisted military supply course or equivalent.
Knowledge of DoD logistic functions and large-scale supply chains.
Ability to read and respond to Disposition Instructions and SDRs.
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain CAC/Base Access.

Responsibilities

Handle requisitioning, stockage computation, and tracking of equipment and publications.
Operate systems to generate routine reports and answer customer inquiries.
Maintain inventory control reports and administer funds per SOW.
Identify and resolve date output and supply administration problems.
Provide training and guidance to lower-level employees.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
