Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a Senior Logistics Management Specialist to support the Space Development Agency (SDA) mission in Grand Forks, ND. The role centers on accountable property systems, lifecycle events, and adherence to DoW and SDA policies.

Responsibilities include asset recording in ELMS/REMIS, supporting FLIPL processes, and coordinating with SDA and mission partners. Candidates should hold an active TS/SCI clearance and bring DPAS/ELMS experience.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• Experience with DoW property accountability and property asset management procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SDA accountability assets are recorded in ELMS/REMIS with proper documentation.
• Record lifecycle events (acquisitions, transfers, loans, inventories, disposals) within DoW timelines.
• Support FLIPL preparation and process related to property loss investigations.
• Maintain compliance with DoW and SDA requirements for property records and forms.
• Coordinate with mission partner stakeholders on asset requirements and project Justifications.
