KBR is seeking a Computer Systems Administrator to support HQ Space Training and Readiness Command in downtown Colorado Springs, Colorado. The role provides technical support for communications equipment, networks, and software, with a focus on DoD policies, SCIF access, and high‑level staff interactions.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required; US citizen only.
• Security+ certification.
• 5+ years of DoD network support experience.
• Knowledge of USAF and US Space Force IT policies.
• Self-starter able to work independently.
• Experience working with senior leaders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a secure SCIF environment.
• Experience provisioning computer accounts and troubleshooting connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for communications equipment, peripherals, networks, and software.
• Provide technical guidance in use of Microsoft Windows and drive mapping.
• Configure/maintain government-issued cell phones.
• Troubleshoot error messages and open trouble tickets.
• Support users at STARCOM HQ locations.
• Support and resolve issues within PWS timelines.
• Provide systems accounts for NIPRNet and SIPRNET and systems support.
• Set up or modify user access to classified internet and e-mail accounts.
• Troubleshoot connectivity or configuration issues.
