KBR, Inc. in Colorado Springs is seeking a Computer Systems Administrator to support HQ Space Training and Readiness Command. This role provisions computer accounts, troubleshoots connectivity, and interfaces with General/Flag officers and staffs.

A strong candidate will configure government-issued devices, manage NIPRNET/SIPRNET access, and maintain secure computer systems in a high-tempo environment with minimal supervision. On-site in Colorado Springs.

Competenze

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required for consideration.
• Security+ Certification is required.
• 5+ years of experience supporting DoD networks and working with Comm Focal Points.
• Knowledge of USAF and US Space Force IT policies and procedures.
• Ability to multi-task and work with senior leaders in a high-tempo environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support for communications equipment, networks, and software.
• Guide the use of Windows, drive mapping, and browser configuration.
• Configure and maintain government-issued cell phones.
• Troubleshoot errors, open trouble tickets, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Support users at all STARCOM HQ locations and ensure secure access.
• Provide accounts for NIPRNet/SIPRNET and manage classified access.
