Job summary

Ignite Now is seeking a driven Program Manager at Wright‑Patterson AFB to lead an enterprise IT services task order for AFRL. You will serve as the single point of contact to Government stakeholders, directing a multi‑company team to deliver development, modernization, and sustainment of IT capabilities across the AFRL enterprise.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM/IT/Business field, 15+ years of program management experience on government contracts, and an active Secret clearance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM, Information Technology, or Business discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive industry responsibility as a Program Manager.
• Experience managing Government services contracts with defined SLAs.
• Experience leading multi‑company teams and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of enterprise IT service delivery and ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with RMF and ATO processes.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated Task Lead and single POC with accountability for cost, schedule, and performance.
• Lead a multi‑company team as an integrated workforce, including workshare management.
• Direct service delivery across AFRL/IZ portfolio and related IT capabilities.
• Manage performance against service objectives, including availability and incident response.
• Own systems engineering baseline via requirements, configuration, risk, and accreditation management.
• Produce and quality‑control contract deliverables (MSR, Risk Plan, CM Plan, QMP).
• Direct corrective action processes and root cause analysis for non‑conformances.
