PingWind in Huntsville, AL, seeks a Program Manager to lead OCIO Information Management Services contracts. You will provide overall leadership, technical oversight, resource coordination, and performance management to ensure contract requirements are met on time and in accordance with Army/DoD standards and government direction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a complex IT services or government-support program with multiple technical disciplines.
• Knowledge of government contract concepts, including PWS requirements, CDLLs/LDs, quality and performance surveillance.
• Staffing, workforce readiness, schedules, risks, issues, and corrective actions in a mission-focused environment.
• Ability to coordinate with COR/Contracting Officer and government leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing government leadership.
• Ability to operate in an Army/DoD environment and stay current on applicable policies and security requirements.
• TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day contract management and administrative execution to ensure required labor, materials, services, facilities, and equipment are available and coordinated.
• Provide technical oversight and management guidance across tasks, ensuring staff are trained and technically proficient.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage priorities, resources, schedules, dependencies, and timely completion of requirements.
• Plan and manage co-located customer support and staffing as directed by the Government.
• Apply DoD-aligned continuous process improvement and use performance data to identify risks and improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of customer mission areas, cybersecurity, data management, and DoD policies.
• Lead meetings, program reviews, briefings, and status communications; elevate issues with recommendations.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, retention, training compliance, and contract data products.
