Job summary

Candidates should have senior IT service delivery experience, a TS/SCI clearance, and the ability to coordinate with Government offices, CORs, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a complex IT services or mission‑support program with multiple disciplines.
• Knowledge of Government contract execution concepts, including PWS requirements, CDRLs, and quality surveillance.
• Experience coordinating with Government stakeholders and customers.
• TS/SCI clearance and ability to operate in Army/DoD environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day contract management and administrative execution, ensuring labor, materials, and equipment are available and coordinated.
• Provide technical oversight and management guidance across tasks and ensure staffing with qualified personnel.
• Coordinate with the Contracting Officer, COR, Government offices, customers, and team leads on priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
• Plan and manage co-located customer support and staffing arrangements as directed by Government.
• Apply continuous process improvement practices and use performance data to drive improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of customer missions and DoD policies, security standards, and related technologies.
• Lead program reviews, briefings, and status communications; elevate issues with actionable recommendations.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, and contract data reporting.
