Job summary

PingWind is seeking a Program Manager to lead contract management and administrative execution for DoD information management services in Huntsville, AL. The role requires TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and senior IT program management expertise across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating with DoD stakeholders, ensuring contract performance, and maintaining compliance with Army/DoD standards.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience managing a complex IT service delivery or Government support program.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management and administrative execution ensuring labor, materials, services, and facilities are coordinated.
• Provide technical oversight and management guidance across tasks with trained personnel.
• Coordinate with the Contracting Officer, COR, Government offices, customers and stakeholders to manage priorities, resources and schedules.
• Plan and manage co-located customer support and staffing as directed by the Government.
• Use DoD-aligned processes to identify risks, corrective actions, efficiencies, and service improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of customer missions, cybersecurity, data management, acquisition, logistics per Army/DoD policies.
• Lead meetings, reviews, briefings, and status communications; elevate issues with actionable recommendations.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, retention, training compliance, and contract data reporting.
