Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years IT support experience, ideally in enterprise, military, or DoD environments.
• Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting computers, software, and peripherals.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms and ticketing systems to document and track issues.
• Knowledge of network account administration and basic network troubleshooting.
• Experience following DoD IT policies and cybersecurity awareness requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for military healthcare operations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network issues to minimize downtime.
• Install, configure, maintain, and support computers, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, access, and annual training requirements.
• Respond to support requests via phone, email, and on-site.
• Document and track service requests using IT ticketing systems.
