Job summary

ASEC, Inc is seeking a Senior Information System Security Officer at NAWS China Lake, California. You will lead strategic cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring the security and compliance of mission-critical DoD systems. The ideal candidate has a Master’s in IT or Cybersecurity, 10 years of engineering experience, and advanced security certifications. This role requires a DoD Top Secret clearance and is not eligible for telework. A competitive salary range of $135,000 - $165,000 is offered alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must meet DoD 8140-M Advanced-level qualification requirements.
• 10 years of engineering experience, including at least 5 years in Information Assurance/Cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated experience implementing RMF.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and enforcement of cybersecurity policies.
• Manage continuous monitoring efforts and conduct security audits.
• Provide expertise on NIAP/Common Criteria certifications.
