Job summary

A leading technology service provider is seeking an experienced engineer to maintain and troubleshoot an IP voice and video communications infrastructure. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in network troubleshooting. They should also possess DoD 8750 certification and expertise in SIP signaling. This role involves managing complex network configurations and requires an active Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires BS and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Currently possess DoD 8750 certification at IAT level II, Security+ CE or equivalent.
• Expertise in SIP internetworking signaling and call flow.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering tasks to maintain IP voice and video communications infrastructure.
• Manage, configure, troubleshoot and assure service for voice, video, and data network.
• Perform fault analysis and configuration of voice subscribers and call routing rules.
