True Anomaly seeks a seasoned Contracts Manager to lead the Prime Contracts function for U.S. DoD/IC programs near Denver. You will own the portfolio from pre-award through closeout, coordinating with government Contracting Officers and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, timely performance.

You will manage post-award actions, support audits, and mentor a growing contracts team while upholding FAR/DFARS requirements and best practices. This role blends autonomy with collaboration.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of DoD/IC contract administration experience.
• Active U.S. security clearance required (TS minimum, TS/SCI preferred).
• Experience as primary contracts point of contact with government COs.
• Experience mentoring or building a contracts team.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and regulatory supplements.
• Experience with a range of contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPAF, T&M, IDIQ).
• Experience with proposals and pre-award process, including representations and certifications.
• Independent work, sound judgment, and direct communication with government counterparts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient with contract management systems and MS Office.

Mansioni

• Review and negotiate contract terms and FAR/DFARS clauses.
• Coordinate internal review of contract documents prior to execution.
• Track and manage contract performance obligations and closeout.
• Serve as primary point of contact with Contracting Officers and CORs.
• Manage contract modifications, options, and post-award actions.
• Ensure proper FAR/DFARS flowdowns in subcontracts and supplier agreements.
• Maintain audit-ready contract files and support DCAA/DCMA interactions.
