True Anomaly seeks a Contracts Manager to support DoD and IC contracts throughout the acquisition lifecycle, from proposal support to closeout. The role collaborates with program managers, engineering, finance, and legal to ensure contracts are properly structured and administered in compliance with regulations.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Contracts, you will engage with government Contracting Officers and CORs, thriving in a lean, growing contracts team while maintaining audit-ready contract

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in DoD and/or IC contract administration.
• Active U.S. security clearance required (TS minimum, TS/SCI preferred).
• Experience serving as contracts point of contact with government Contracting Officers/Representatives.

Aufgaben

• Support proposal development, including representations and certifications, review of terms and pricing volumes.
• Review and support negotiation of FAR/DFARS clauses with government Contracting Officers.
• Coordinate contract documents review and approval prior to execution.
• Manage contract modifications, change orders, funding actions, and post‑award actions.
• Track deliverables and performance obligations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
