Job summary

Arcetyp LLC is seeking a Senior DoD Financial Analyst / Program Financial Manager to support PPBE, budgeting, and execution for DoD programs. This onsite role is located at Fort Detrick, MD and requires US citizenship.

You will develop spend plans, track obligations and disbursements, produce leadership reports, and assist with LCCE/LCSP/IGCE and acquisition documentation. Direct-hire, W2 employment with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• - DoD PPBE.
• - RDT&E, Procurement, O&M appropriations.
• - Budget execution.
• - Financial reporting and analysis.
• - Advanced Excel.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• - ACEIT proficiency.
• - Ability to develop financial schedules and support lifecycle cost estimates.
• - Experience with DoD financial/budget processes.
• - Travel: Up to 20%

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• - Current WRPBH financial incumbent.
• - MDAPT/PTS/CBE/PCAN/CCaR/PIEE.
• - DHA medical acquisition financial experience.
