Job summary

Credence seeks a senior Deficiency Program Analyst to support HQ AFMC/A4/10 logistics and sustainment PM services at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role emphasizes DRI&R program management, configuration control, and data analysis with DoD stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have a current Secret clearance, 10–12+ years in related roles, and hands-on JDRS experience. Responsibilities include governance support, documentation, training, and cross-service coordination.

Qualifications

• Active or current Secret security clearance required.
• Advanced degree (MA/MS) and 10 years of relevant experience or BA/BS and 12+ years; or 15 years of related experience.
• Experience with AF DRI&R process and JDRS.
• Ability to analyze and standardize AF enterprise processes.
• Experience interfacing with DLA, DCMA and AFMC depots.

Responsibilities

• Assist HQ AFMC/A4/10 OPR with managing the DRI&R Program.
• Coordinate requirements and support AFMC/A4/10 governance and processes.
• Develop and maintain AF DRI&R documentation per TO 00-35D-54.
• Support training material development and validation for DRI&R.
• Provide DRI&R analysis and metrics to reflect program health.
• Identify and standardize business processes across AF, ensure TO alignment.
