Job summary

Credence is seeking a Senior Deficiency Program Analyst to support HQ AFMC/A4/10 logistics management and sustainment PM support at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will engage with multiple agencies to manage the DRI&R program using JDRS and contribute to policy and process improvements.

The role requires active security clearance, advanced or equivalent years of experience, and deep knowledge of the AF DRI&R process. A results-driven, collaborative mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance, or higher, verifiable in DISS.
• Advanced degree (MA/MS) with 10+ years of experience in the respective discipline.
• BA/BS with 12 years of experience in the discipline with proper certifications.
• Alternatively 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications.
• Knowledge of AF DRI&R process.
• Minimum five years of AF DRI&R process experience, with basic process analysis to support the enterprise.
• Experience using the Joint Deficiency Reporting System (JDRS).

Responsibilities

• Assist HQ AFMC/A4/10 OPR with managing the DRI&R Program.
• Use JDRS to process user requests and submit functional requirements to the joint configuration control board; chair telecoms and training meetings.
• Interface with JDRS users and representatives from services, DLA, DCMA, and AFMC depots to resolve issues.
• Define data system requirements and provide budget input for sustainment and improvements for DRI&R tools.
• Develop and maintain AF/AFMC DRI&R documentation per TO 00-35D-54 and improve related policies.
• Create and verify Units in JDRS and ensure accounts are linked to existing AF units.
• Coordinate with Navy organizations for JDRS units.
• Identify training needs and oversee training material development and maintenance.
• Oversee training progress and ensure adherence to training plans and practices.
• Develop DRI&R analytics and metrics, reflecting the program's health; respond to DLA requirements.
• Standardize AF enterprise business processes and ensure TO alignment and modification compliance.
