Job summary
Amentum is seeking a Cybersecurity Systems Analyst to implement a comprehensive assessment, compliance and validation framework that evaluates Cybersecurity effectiveness and regulatory adherence.
The role includes timely patch management, security assistance visits, inspections, validation scanning, remediation and security reviews, and validation of capability packages and registrations for emerging technologies across WLAN, VPN, Mobility Access, Data at Rest and Enterprise Gray network
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity and DoD environments.
- BA/BS degree required.
- DoD 8570.01-M, IAT-III or IAM-III certification.
- CISSP or equivalent certifications recommended.
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
- US Citizenship required to obtain clearance.
Responsibilities
- Execute a comprehensive assessment, compliance and validation framework to measure Cybersecurity effectiveness.
- Apply software maintenance patches, SAVs, inspections and validation scanning on schedule.
- Conduct remediation and security reviews; validate capability packages and registrations for emerging technologies.
- Follow USSOCOM, DoD, DIA, DISA, NSA and USCYBERCOM policies and guidelines.
