Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Engineer to support the Defense Sector at Robins AFB, GA. You will provide ISSE support for secure networks, design and deploy security controls, and work with ISSMs and PMs to maintain ATO readiness.

Preferred candidates hold TS/SI clearances and DoD RMF experience across Windows/Linux, ACAS, Xacta, and eMASS. The role offers a challenging mission-focused environment with opportunities to impact national security.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical discipline and 10+ years of prior relevant experience, or 14 years of experience without a degree.
US Citizen with a Top Secret SCI clearance.
DoD 8140.03 certifications: Security+, CASP, CISSP.
Experience designing and implementing technical security controls and remediating vulnerabilities.
Strong working knowledge of RMF.
Experience applying security principles across system development lifecycle.
Experience in RMF activities and information systems security assessments.
Experience with DoD/ Air Force/ Space Force systems.
Experience with RMF, ICD 503, NIST SP800-53.

Responsibilities

Provide ISSE support to a program and secure communications network across CONUS/OCONUS sites.
Design, install, administer, and maintain secure communications capabilities.
Advise ISSMs and PMs on cybersecurity and system security plans.
Create Security Assessment Reports and Plans of Actions & Milestones.
Ensure vulnerability scans meet standards to obtain and maintain ATO.
