GCyber is seeking a Program Manager to lead cyberspace operations and CSSP delivery for a large DoD agency. You will oversee staffing, schedule, budget, risk, and quality across multiple teams, coordinating with the COR to resolve issues and ensure contract deliverables meet standards.

You will maintain staffing pipelines, ensure workforce qualifications, and lead recurring management reviews to drive continuous improvement. A Secret clearance and PMP/CISSP/CISM are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of DoD cyber program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree; additional 4 years may substitute.
• PMP and CISSP or CISM required.
• Active Secret clearance required.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily program execution across cyberspace operations and CSSP teams.
• Coordinate with CORs and government stakeholders; deliver contract deliverables on schedule.
• Lead staffing, recruiting, and backfill to meet 60-day vacancies.
• Develop and track workforce qualifications and DoD 8140 training.
• Lead management reviews and performance against subcontract requirements.
• Identify risks early and drive corrective actions with Government.
