Job summary

GCyber is seeking a Program Manager to support a large Department of War agency. You will lead cyberspace operations and CSSP delivery, with responsibility for staffing, performance, and contract deliverables across two task areas.

As the Program Manager, you will manage daily program execution, including staffing, schedule, budget, risk, and quality across cyberspace operations and CSSP teams, and coordinate with the COR to resolve issues and maintain consistent service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a DoD cyber program of comparable size.
• Ability to manage staffing, schedule, budget, risk and quality across teams.
• Proven track record with DoD processes and DoD 8140 framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily program execution including staffing and budget oversight.
• Coordinate with COR for issue resolution and service delivery.
• Prepare monthly status reports and contract deliverables.
• Manage recruiting and backfill within 60 days
