Job summary

Parsons is seeking a senior policy and analysis professional to conduct deliberate analysis supporting DoD cyber workforce and readiness policy guidance. You will assist in leading cyber operations strategies within the ODPCA and coordinate with USCYBERCOM and DoD components.

Requires 15+ years of cyberspace operations experience, expert-level certifications, and an active TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• 15+ years of experience in offensive and/or defensive cyberspace operations.
• Expert-level certifications such as GPEN, GXPN, OSCP, GIAC.
• Deep understanding of CMF, CPT, and CSSP missions incl. DoDI 8585.01.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support DoD cyber workforce readiness policy guidance development.
• Assist ODPCA in implementing cyber operations forces strategies.
• Evaluate performance of cyber workforce programs for compliance with guidance.
• Prepare technical briefings for ODPCA leadership and senior DoD stakeholders.
• Coordinate with DoD components, USCYBERCOM, and service cyber organizations.
• Translate technical findings into actionable policy, readiness, and workforce recommendations.
