Job summary

Tutulu LLC is seeking a Senior Contract Specialist Level 3 to support planning and managing acquisitions across diverse products and services. The role requires drafting and editing contracts with meticulous attention to detail and a solid grasp of procurement regulations.

Ideal candidates will have extensive DoD experience, a top-secret clearance with SCI eligibility, and proven capability to lead end-to-end contract processes alongside contracting officers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI eligibility.
• 10+ years DoD experience in contracts and subcontracting.
• At least 4 years in SAP or SCI environment within the last 5 years.
• Knowledge of AFFAR, FAR and DFAR; experience with DCAA/DCMA.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end contract support from market research to contract administration.
• Prepare solicitation documents, review proposals, conduct cost/price evaluations, advise on negotiations.
• Oversee contract performance and manage modifications with the Contracting Officer.
