Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI eligibility is required for this DoD role.
• Minimum 10 years of DoD work with contracts and subcontracting experience.
• Experience in SAP and/or SCI environments within the last five years.
• Ability to consent to a Government Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph if required.
• Deep knowledge of AFFAR, FAR and DFAR with DCAA/DCMA exposure.
• Proven track record negotiating with prime and subcontractors.
• End-to-end contract management across multiple stakeholders and contracts.
• Ability to price and evaluate government contract proposals.
• Ability to advise on negotiation positions and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end contract support from market research to contract administration.
• Prepare solicitation documents and review proposals.
• Conduct cost/price evaluations and advise on negotiation positions.
• Process invoices and assist in developing acquisition strategies.
• Oversee contract performance and manage modifications with the Contracting Officer.
