Job summary

IronMountain Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Contracts Specialist to support an Army project office at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL.

The role involves developing CRPs and PWS, supporting contracting strategy, and coordinating with government customers in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be self-starters with 7+ years in a DoD program office or equivalent, an active Secret clearance, and the ability to obtain/maintain clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (business or similar preferred) and 10-15 years' experience required.
• Excellent communication skills; strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and coordination of Contracts Requirements Packages (CRP) and Performance Work Statements (PWS).
• Assist Army decision makers with contracting strategy development and engage with Government customers across multiple contracting activities.
• Develop Acquisition Strategies and Acquisition Plans in accordance with DoD and FAR/DFARS/AFARS regulations.
• Prepare and review Justification and Approvals (J&A) and related documentation per FAR and sub-tier regulations.
• Draft Statements of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL), and related documents; manage contract language and structure.
