Job summary

Angayut, LLC is seeking a Senior Contract Analyst to provide on-site contract and procurement support to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. The role requires extensive DoD acquisition expertise, price and cost analysis, and guidance to other staff while officials retain decision-making authority.

The analyst will work independently, coordinate with government personnel, and deliver compliant acquisition products across the acquisition lifecycle. Requires DoD certifications and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 24 semester hours in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing or related fields.
• At least 10 years of specialized acquisition or contracting experience with advanced certifications.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and DoD directives and procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support across all phases of acquisition management and life cycle.
• Apply FAR/DFARS, DoD directives, and regulatory policies in procurements.
• Review requirements involving purchasing, training, research, and program management.
• Perform price and cost analysis using market data and prior history.
• Conduct fact-finding and develop corrective-action recommendations.
• Offer technical advice and coordinate with contract staff and legal counsel.
• Support development of acquisition strategies, solicitations, and award documents.
• Coordinate with Contracting Officers, program managers, CORs, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain audit-ready acquisition records and provide status reporting.
• Ensure advisory work remains within non-inherently governmental boundaries.
