Job summary

Cherokee Nation Defense Solutions (CNDS) is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to support AFCEC’s mission, with broad project review and advisory responsibilities across the Air Force.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field, 10+ years of DoD military construction project management experience, and travel for CONUS/OCONUS assignments. Estimated starting salary is $110,000 to $118,000 with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or closely related field is required.
• 10+ years of DoD/AF MILCON/FSRM project management experience within the last 20 years.
• Knowledge of DoD design/construction policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive installation engineering services and advisory/assistance for AFCEC design and construction projects.
• Perform project status updates, cost and schedule reviews, and related reports for MILCON/FSRM workloads.
• Prepare and review SOWs, cost estimates, submittals, and RFIs; participate in design, contract, and construction meetings.
