Job summary

Cherokee Nation Defense Solutions (CNDS) is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to support the planning, design, and construction of a golf course and clubhouse renovation at Joint Base Andrews. You will provide technical oversight, design review, and project management in collaboration with AFCEC and DoD requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and at least 5 years of DoD MILCON/FSRM experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, mechanical or electrical), Construction Management, Project Management or Registered Architect is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience within the last 10 with Air Force or Department of Defense (DoD) performing facility and infrastructure military construction project management execution.
Experience supporting design review and construction oversight for projects on DoD installations.

Responsibilities

Provide responsive full-spectrum installation engineering services.
Perform technical review and advisory/assistance for AFCEC design and construction projects at JBA.
Manage project status updates, cost and schedule reviews, and related deliverables for MILCON and FSRM programs.
Review statements of work, cost estimates, submittals, and RFIs.
Participate in design reviews, meetings, and inspections as required.
