Job summary

NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD WASH is seeking a Construction Manager for the CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT DIVISION to lead DoD MILCON projects. You will assist ROICC leadership in reviewing contractor entitlement changes and interpreting contract clauses, and you will coordinate scheduling and QA across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Senior/lead engineer or supervisor of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with MILCON and construction QA.
• Ability to establish and monitor site/project procedures and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve ROICC position regarding contractor entitlement through contract clauses and plans.
• Manage programs and projects in the product line within resource constraints.
• Chair or participate in the Technical Evaluation Team (TET) for acquisitions.
• Support construction after award; coordinate with DoD activities.
• Resolve employee complaints and coordinate with HR for timely resolution.
