Unified Business Technologies Inc. is seeking a qualified Construction Manager to provide on-site, full-time support to NAVFAC OICC/FEAD and ROICC teams.

Projects range from office buildings to airfield and utility upgrades, with values from several million up to multi-hundred million dollars. The role requires overseeing cost estimates, independent reviews, coordination across stakeholders, and documentation in NAVFAC systems.

Qualifications

• Five years of recent DoD construction management experience within the last ten years on NAVFAC or comparable projects.
• Experience with large multitrade construction projects valued over several million dollars.
• Knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and contract modification processes.

Responsibilities

• Furnish government representatives with documentation on construction conformance to contract requirements.
• Administer cost estimates, review cost proposals, and assist negotiations with the contracting officer.
• Schedule and document progress meetings to review project status and issues.
• Provide QA of contractor's quality control program and review RFIs and submittals.
• Coordinate with contractors, station personnel, and other agencies to ensure compliance with specs.
• Maintain project files in NAVFAC systems and prepare DD 1354 related deliverables.
• Assist in the closeout process, including punch lists, testing, and final acceptance.
