Job summary

Torch Technologies seeks a seasoned Computer Systems Administrator to support the 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing at Eglin AFB, FL. You will provide IT support in a DoD/SAP environment, manage SharePoint sites, and assist with SAP applications while ensuring OPSEC/comsec compliance.

The role requires a Master’s degree (or BA with 12+ years experience), 10+ years IT experience, and DoD 8140 certifications. A Top Secret/ SAP eligibility is preferred. Schedule is 40 hours weekly, on site at Eglin AFB.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required and DoD/DoW environment experience preferred.
• Master's degree (or BA with 12+ years) in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years progressive IT support experience.
• Current DoD 8140-based intermediate certification (e.g., Security+, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP).
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset for complex issues.
• Experience with SharePoint design and SAP user support.
• Ability to work in SCIF/SAPF environments with OPSEC awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive IT support for client systems in collateral and SAPEN environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve DoW network issues; document resolutions and communicate status.
• Configure system settings and user permissions per security policies.
• Administer SharePoint sites, lists, and access control; support SAP applications.
• Maintain knowledge of COMSEC equipment and related procedures.
