Job summary

Grand Ground Enterprise, LLC is seeking a Senior Budget Analyst to support the Headquarters Air Force, Chief of Information Office at the Pentagon. The role focuses on budget tracking, spending plans, and funding documentation for government review and signature.

The candidate will handle travel reconciliations, DAR-Q responses, and de-obligation analysis, working closely with government teams. A DoD Secret clearance and 7+ years of DoD budgeting experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
• 7+ years of DoD/AF budgeting and financial operations experience.
• Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS).
• Experience managing unexpended balances and DAR-Q responses.

Responsibilities

• Provide budget tracking and spend-plan maintenance for the directorates.
• Draft and format funding documents for government review, certification, and signature.
• Reconcile travel orders and assist in clearing un-submitted vouchers.
• Prepare DAR-Q audit responses and identify de-obligation candidates.
• Reconcile DISA billing data and draft funding re-alignment packages.
