Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD Special Programs from Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on systems engineering and anti-tamper methods with access to sensitive environments.

Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access is required. You will develop curricula, train personnel, review proposals, and guide long-term planning for technology acquisitions in classified settings.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access
• Minimum 12 years engineering experience with DoD or DoD contractors
• Minimum 3 years SAP/SCI experience in last 8 years
• Willingness to travel up to 10% CONUS

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes for acquisition, fielding, sustainment and disposal of weapons systems
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory chips for reverse engineering of electronic systems
• Develop engineering curriculum modules for ATEA FPO education outreach
• Develop and update training materials with Government and industry partners
• Instruct sponsored courses in a classified environment for the Anti-Tamper community
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including RFP development and technical oversight
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Assess capabilities against system design requirements and CPI protection goals
• Identify technologies to protect Critical Program Information (CPI)
• Evaluate system/test plans and participate in testing
• Provide support for Export ICT initiatives and policy modernization
