Job summary

Serco is seeking a SME Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD AT programs at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will apply security engineering methods to weapon systems, assess circuitry, and provide technical oversight across proposals and contracts.

Candidates must hold TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI and SAP experience, a Masters in engineering, and 20+ years in DoD contexts; travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI access and SAP experience required.
• Masters Degree in an engineering discipline with extensive DoD experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems security engineering process, weapon system protection planning, and anti-tamper methods.
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory, determine reverse-engineering methodologies.
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including RFP development and oversight.
• Review contractor proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Assess capabilities to meet design requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with labs and industry partners on vulnerabilities and exploitation countermeasures.
• Identify technologies to protect CPI and support program protection efforts.
• Work with evaluation teams to understand designs and vulnerabilities.
• Assist in improving anti-tamper design, development, and sustainment.
• Evaluate test plans and participate in system, subsystem, and component testing.
• Conduct performance, supportability, schedule, and risk assessments; trade studies.
• Create and maintain security classification guides for the DoD AT community.
