Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior consultant to support DoD clients with strategic, financial, and operational initiatives. The role involves direct interaction with senior government stakeholders and requires deep DoD financial management expertise.

You will lead high-visibility programs, develop executive-ready analyses and recommendations, and support programming, budgeting, and spend plan analysis. A Master’s degree and 7+ years of DoD experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD SECRET clearance; candidates must obtain adjudication prior to onboarding. ACTIVE SECRET clearance preferred.
• Master's degree required.
• SEVEN (7) years of experience in DoD financial management.

Responsibilities

• Support DoD clients with high-visibility strategic, financial, and operational initiatives, engaging with senior government stakeholders.
• Lead strategic initiatives and manage senior-level client relationships across financial management and organizational priorities.
• Develop executive-ready analyses, briefings, and decision-support materials for senior leadership.
