Applied Research Solutions (ARS) is seeking an experienced Acquisition Program Manager to support DoD programs through all phases of the lifecycle at Tinker AFB. The role requires expertise in DoD acquisition, requirements development, schedule management, risk assessment, and stakeholder coordination.

The candidate must possess a TS/SCI clearance and have 12+ years in program management with 5+ years in DoD, or 15+ years with 5+ in DoD.

Qualifications

• DoD acquisition processes and regulations knowledge
• Schedule management and risk assessment
• Earned Value Management (EVM) understanding

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD acquisition processes and analytical methods to improve acquisition effectiveness and compliance
• Develop and draft acquisition documentation including requirements, plans, and strategies
• Track program schedules and metrics, report status to leadership
