Job summary

Abacus Technology seeks a Program Manager to provide acquisition and advisory services in support of the EPASS program at Hanscom AFB. This is a full-time position with responsibilities spanning plan, research, and analysis of DoD acquisition activities.

The candidate will develop strategies to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives, support senior management reviews, and prepare acquisition reports in compliance with DoD and AF guidelines. A TS clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in a program or acquisition management role, including at least 5 years in a DoD environment.
• Must possess comprehensive knowledge of acquisition principles, DoD/AF policies, and program management practices.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to manage expectations of customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, research, analyze, and assess system acquisition for development, production, and deployment of weapons systems and equipment.
• Formulate plans and recommend strategies to meet cost, schedule and performance objectives.
• Support acquisition reports (statutory/regulatory) and program management reviews.
• Support senior management with status briefings and IMP/IMS reviews.
