Job summary

Abacus Technology is seeking a Program Manager to provide acquisition and advisory services in support of the EPASS program at Hanscom AFB. This is a full-time position.

The role requires DoD program management experience, familiarity with DoDI 5000.02 and AFI 63-101/20-101, and the ability to coordinate with senior leaders while ensuring cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met. A US citizenship and Top Secret clearance are required, with compensation guidance provided.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in a program or acquisition management role including at least 5 years in a DoD environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Must be a US citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance.
• Knowledge of DoDI 5000.02, AFI 63-101/20-101 and related DoD acquisition practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, research, analyze, and assess system acquisition for development, production, and deployment of weapons systems and associated equipment.
• Formulate plans and recommend effective strategies to meet cost, schedule and performance objectives.
• Support acquisition reports (e.g., DAES, MAR) and related regulatory reports.
• Support program management reviews, senior level meetings, and IMP/IMS reviews.
• Develop and present briefs and schedules of program status and acquisition tasks to senior management.
