Job summary

Abacus Technology is seeking a Program Manager to provide acquisition and advisory services in support of the EPASS program at Lackland AFB. This is a full-time position.

The role requires 12+ years in program or acquisition management, including DoD experience, and a TS/SCI clearance. The candidate will coordinate acquisition planning, brief senior leadership, and ensure effectiveness of program efforts within the DoD framework.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in a program or acquisition management role, including at least 5 years in a DoD environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and program management practices.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to brief senior management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, research, analyze, and assess system acquisition for development, production, and deployment of weapons systems and equipment.
• Formulate plans and recommend strategies to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Support acquisition reports, including statutory/regulatory reports (e.g., DAES, MAR).
• Support program management reviews and IMP/IMS reviews.
• Prepare briefings and schedules of program status and acquisition tasks for senior management.
