Job summary

Abacus Technology Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to provide acquisition and advisory services in support of the EPASS program at Hanscom AFB. This is a full-time position.

The role requires 12+ years in program or acquisition management, with at least 5 years in a DoD environment, and a Top Secret clearance. Excellent communication and detailed program documentation skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in a program or acquisition management role including at least 5 years in a DoD environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; additional years of experience may substitute for degree requirements.
• Must possess comprehensive knowledge of DoD/AF acquisition policies and program management practices (DoDI 5000.02, AFI 63-101/20-101).
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for acquisition program effectiveness and cost/schedule baselines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, research, analyze, and assess system acquisition for development, production, and deployment of weapons systems and equipment.
• Formulate plans and recommend strategies to meet cost, schedule and performance objectives.
• Support acquisition reports (DAES, MAR, etc.) and program management reviews.
• Support senior management with briefings and schedules of program status and acquisition tasks.
• Communicate effectively to stakeholders and manage expectations.
