Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years leading the execution of complex professional services contracts for DoD or federal agencies.
• Experience engaging with senior military and civilian stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability to drive growth across people, tools, capabilities, and lines of business.
• PMP Certification and DAWIA Level III preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a $60M+ acquisition support portfolio and distributed team.
• Coordinate with Program Managers to ensure contract deliverables.
• Lead oversight of prime and subcontractor performance.
• Develop and execute growth strategies with current and adjacent customers.
• Support capture, proposal, and recompete efforts; manage portfolio finances.
