Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks an Acquisition & PM Professional III – Cost to provide senior-level expertise in cost estimating, acquisition strategy, and program analysis for DoD, IC, and Federal Civilian programs.

You will advise government leaders, deliver decision-ready analyses, and support modernization initiatives throughout the acquisition lifecycle. The role requires advanced life-cycle cost estimation, cloud cost modeling, and expert proficiency in benchmarking with government data sources.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance is required.
• Citizenship US is required.
• 15+ years of federal acquisition/cost estimating/PM experience.
• Experience with DoD/IC/Federal programs preferred.
• Experience defending cost estimates and analyses for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical leadership and advisory services for large federal programs.
• Develop, evaluate, and review LCCEs, IGCEs, affordability assessments, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Support acquisition planning, strategy development, source selections, budgeting, and investment decisions.
• Perform advanced cost estimation and economic analyses for software-intensive systems, cloud environments, and enterprise IT.
• Conduct benchmarking, market research, and analyses using government and industry data.
• Apply quantitative methods to assess affordability, risks, and resource needs.
• Support RDT&E activities and modernization across the lifecycle.
• Develop cloud pricing models and infrastructure cost analyses.
• Create executive-level presentations and acquisition documentation for leadership.
• Provide program management support including performance assessment and risk management.
• Interface with government customers and contractors for reviews and milestones.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical oversight.
