Job summary

Serco seeks an Acquisition & PM Professional III – Cost to deliver senior‑level cost estimating, acquisition strategy, and decision support for DoD, IC, and Federal Civilian programs. You will develop LCCEs, IGCEs, and cost‑benefit studies while guiding modernization initiatives and program management across lifecycle stages.

Required DoD Secret clearance and 15+ years in federal acquisition/cost analysis, with strong cloud and IT cost modeling experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a technology/engineering/economics/management field.
• 15+ years of relevant federal acquisition and cost estimation experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior-level cost estimation and advisory work for large federal programs.
• Develop and defend LCCEs, IGCEs, and cost-benefit studies.
• Support acquisition planning, strategy, budgeting, and source selections.
• Conduct advanced economic analyses of software, cloud, and IT systems.
• Provide executive-level briefings and strategic recommendations.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical oversight.
