Job summary

Mtsi Va is seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot our critical systems infrastructure. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, performance, and security of our systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of systems engineering experience and proficiency with MATLAB, ANSYS, and other digital engineering tools. Clearance is required: active DoD Top Secret with SCI and SAP eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline is required.
• 5+ years of systems engineering experience on complex systems.
• Experience with modern digital engineering tools and processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in design, development, and integration of systems from concept to production.
• Develop and maintain system specifications, documentation, and drawings.
• Prepare and execute test plans to verify performance and requirements.
