Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years creating educational materials and training in a multi-specialty setting.
• Minimum two (2) years ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS coding experience including chart audits and coding reviews.
• Associates degree with 5+ years in health care compliance/operations or 6+ years without degree.
• RHIT/CPC/CPC-I or equivalent certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and develop training curricula and delivery plans.
• Lead coding/documentation audits and reviews to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Provide SME guidance to market teams and vendors and support education-related system changes.
