Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Lead Dock Door Technician to own dock door and dock leveler systems across operations. You’ll manage preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and serve as the go-to tech without supervisory duties.

Role requires travel between sites, a current driver’s license, and a complete toolset. Join a safety-first team with strong OSHA compliance and a commitment to training and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in dock door installation, repair and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Own a complete set of tools and be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement dock door preventive maintenance schedules.
• Repair and maintain overhead doors and dock levelers.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
• Maintain work records in CMMS; act as technical contact for dock doors.
