Qualifications

• Valid, current state-issued driver's license is required.
• Ability to meet physical demands: regular fieldwork outdoors, frequent ladder use, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain commercial dock and door equipment to manufacturer standards.
• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to diagnose root causes, not symptoms.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to fabricate brackets and installation hardware.
• Read and interpret manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to guide diagnostics and repairs.
