Swickard Auto Group in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a DMV Manager to lead daily DMV and title operations for multiple dealerships. You will oversee registrations, titles, liens, and transfers, while guiding a team to maintain accuracy and compliance.

This role focuses on process improvements and cross-department collaboration to ensure smooth funding and guest experience. You will handle certifications, adjust entries, and ensure proper documentation across the network, with veteran drivers

Qualifications

• 4+ years of automotive dealership DMV, title, registration, or related administrative experience.
• Supervisory or management experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business, accounting, finance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DMV, title, registration, lien, and vehicle transfer processes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong accounting fundamentals to support DMV adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily DMV and title operations across assigned dealerships, ensuring timely processing of registrations, titles, transfers, liens, and related docs.
• Manage and develop the DMV team with clear processes, performance expectations, and quality standards.
• Review transactions and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with state/local requirements.
• Oversee DMV adjustments, corrections, and reconciliations and coordinate corrections to deal and accounting records.
• Research and resolve title, registration, tax, fee, lien, and documentation issues in partnership with stakeholders.
• Monitor pending and aging DMV transactions and follow up to prevent delays or penalties.
• Maintain controls over DMV documents, funds, fees, and records.
• Develop and maintain standardized DMV procedures across dealerships.
• Communicate regulatory changes to leadership and the DMV team.
